개인정보처리방침
시행일: 2026년 10월 22일FUNY PIN은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 여기며 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 범위에서 개인정보를 처리합니다. 본 방침은 현재 제공 중인 웹·iOS·Android 서비스의 처리 내용을 기준으로 작성되었습니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

SMS 인증번호 자체는 인증 처리를 위해 일시적으로 처리될 수 있으며, 서비스는 인증 결과와 필요한 최소 기록을 보관합니다.
2. 개인정보 수집 방법
회원가입·소셜 로그인, 프로필·게시물·매물·이벤트·문의 입력, 위치·알림 등 이용자가 허용한 기기 권한, 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동 생성되는 로그·분석 이벤트를 통해 수집합니다.
3. 보유 및 이용기간
- 계정·프로필 및 회원 기능 데이터: 계정 삭제 시까지. 다만 법령상 보존 의무 또는 분쟁·안전 대응을 위한 정당한 보존 사유가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 별도 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 게시물·댓글·매물·리워드 등 회원 활동: 이용자가 삭제하거나 계정 삭제 시까지를 원칙으로 하되, 신고·분쟁·부정 이용 대응 기록은 필요한 기간 동안 제한적으로 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 푸시 토큰: 알림 비활성화, 로그아웃·기기 변경에 따른 비활성화, 토큰 교체 또는 계정 삭제 시까지.
- 분석·접속 기록: 서비스 보안·분석 목적에 필요한 기간과 각 분석도구의 설정·정책에 따라 보관 후 삭제 또는 집계·비식별 처리합니다.
4. 개인정보의 파기
보유 목적이 달성되거나 보유기간이 끝난 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구가 어렵도록 삭제하고, 별도 법적 보존 대상은 다른 정보와 분리하여 접근을 제한합니다. 통계 목적 데이터는 회원 식별정보를 제거한 형태로 남을 수 있습니다.

글로벌 사업자가 제공하는 로그인·분석·푸시 등 일부 기능은 해당 사업자의 글로벌 인프라에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 법령상 국외이전 고지·동의가 필요한 형태의 처리가 발생하는 경우 이전 국가·수령자·항목·목적·방법·보유기간 및 거부 방법 등 필요한 사항을 별도로 안내합니다.
6. 위치정보
기기 현재 위치는 이용자가 권한을 허용한 경우에만 사용합니다. 현재 위치는 주변 매장 표시나 위치 선택을 돕는 용도로 사용할 수 있으며, MARKET에서 이용자가 직접 선택한 거래 희망 위치나 LIVE PIN 등 해당 기능의 게시 위치는 서비스 제공을 위해 저장될 수 있습니다. 정확한 거주지와 같은 불필요한 개인정보는 거래 위치로 등록하지 않는 것을 권장합니다.
7. 쿠키 및 이용분석
웹 서비스는 언어·화면 상태 유지 및 이용 분석을 위해 localStorage, 쿠키 또는 유사한 저장기술을 사용할 수 있습니다. Google Analytics 4를 통해 페이지 조회와 주요 기능 이용 이벤트를 분석합니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 제한하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 일부 설정·로그인 상태 또는 분석 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
8. 푸시 알림
모바일 앱은 이용자의 운영체제 알림 권한과 서비스 내 수신 설정을 기준으로 푸시 토큰을 등록합니다. 알림을 끄면 활성 푸시 토큰을 비활성화하도록 처리하며, 알림 권한은 기기 설정에서도 변경할 수 있습니다.
9. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 등 관련 법령에서 정한 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. 프로필 편집, 알림 설정, 차단 목록, 계정 삭제 등 제공되는 기능을 직접 이용할 수 있으며, 추가 요청은 funypin.kr@gmail.com으로 접수할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인이 필요한 요청은 필요한 최소 범위에서 확인 절차를 거칠 수 있습니다.
10. 안전성 확보조치
서비스는 인증·권한 관리, 접근통제, 공개 클라이언트와 비밀 권한의 분리, 전송구간 보호, 데이터베이스·스토리지 접근정책, 로그 및 보안 점검 등 서비스 규모와 처리 정보에 맞는 기술적·관리적 조치를 적용합니다.

SMS verification codes may be processed transiently to complete verification. FUNY PIN retains the verification result and only the records needed to operate the feature safely.
2. How Information Is Collected
Information is collected through account registration and social login, information you submit in profiles/posts/listings/events/support, device permissions you grant for location or notifications, and usage logs or analytics events generated while using the service.
3. Retention
- Account/profile and member data: until account deletion, unless retention is required by law or reasonably needed for disputes or safety.
- Posts, comments, listings, and reward activity: generally until deletion by the user or account deletion; limited safety, report, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may be retained where necessary.
- Push tokens: until notifications are disabled, the device/token is deactivated or replaced, or the account is deleted.
- Analytics and connection logs: retained for the period needed for security and analytics under the applicable service configuration and provider policy, then deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.
4. Deletion
Personal information is deleted without undue delay when its purpose or retention period ends. Electronic records are deleted using methods designed to prevent ordinary recovery. Information that must be retained separately for legal reasons is access-restricted. Aggregated statistics may remain after account identifiers are removed.

Some global login, analytics, and push providers may process information through global infrastructure. Where a transfer outside Korea is subject to statutory notice or consent requirements, FUNY PIN will provide the required details, including recipient, country, items, purpose, method, retention period, and available refusal method.
6. Location
Current device location is used only when you grant permission. It may be used to show nearby shops or assist with location selection. Locations you intentionally save for MARKET or LIVE PIN may be stored to provide those features. Do not use an unnecessarily precise home address as a trade location.
7. Cookies and Analytics
The web service may use localStorage, cookies, or similar technologies for language/interface state and analytics. Google Analytics 4 is used to understand page views and key feature interactions. You may restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some saved settings or login/analytics functions may be affected.
8. Push Notifications
The mobile app registers a push token based on operating-system permission and your in-service notification preferences. Disabling notifications deactivates active push delivery where supported. You can also change notification permission in device settings.
9. Your Rights
You may exercise rights available under applicable law, including access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. You can use in-service controls such as profile editing, notification settings, blocked users, and account deletion. Additional requests can be sent to funypin.kr@gmail.com. We may perform reasonable identity verification when necessary.
10. Security Measures
FUNY PIN applies technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the service, including authentication and authorization, access controls, separation of public client credentials from privileged credentials, protected transmission, database/storage access policies, and security/log reviews.
